Our custom weekly and monthly freelance bookkeeping packages allow you to have full-time bookkeeping services for your business without the need for in-office personnel. All online bookkeeping packages are available based on the needs and scope of work of your business and are customizable to suit the tasks and frequency to best suit you.
MONTHLY CASH BASIS
For businesses that don't use accounts payable and accounts receivable. All transactions are recorded on the date funds are spent and received.
- Record all transactions monthly so you don’t have to worry about bookkeeping
- Reconcile all accounts so you can be sure the numbers are right
- Customized monthly reports with analysis so you can understand the numbers and gain actionable insights
- (1) 30 minute one-on-one planning and accountability session per month
- Email support (up to 60 minutes/month)
WEEKLY CASH BASIS
Similar to our monthly plan but for businesses with more transactions where weekly updates are needed.
- Record all transactions weekly so you don’t have to worry about bookkeeping
- Reconcile all accounts so you can be sure the numbers are right
- Customized monthly reports with analysis so you can understand the numbers and gain actionable insights
- Attach all receipts and invoices directly in QBO to keep a clean paper trail
- Weekly updates so you can run your business in real-time
- (2) 30 minute one-on-one planning and accountability sessions per month
- Unlimited email support
WEEKLY ACCRUAL BASIS
For businesses that utilize accounts payable and accounts receivable - invoices are created and issued to customers but funds may be received later, similarly, bills are recorded when received but may be paid later.
Includes everything in the Weekly Cash Basis package, plus:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Unlimited phone/screen share support
- Guaranteed response within 2 business days
PAYROLL WEEKLY ACCRUAL BASIS
For businesses that have employees and/or contractors to pay.
Includes everything in the Weekly Accrual package, plus:
- Payroll using Intuit Payroll
- Recording employee deductions and contributions
- T4s for contractors
- QBO Essentials or Plus Subscription ($60/month savings)
- VIP Scheduling for calls/screen share
- Guaranteed response within 1 business day

QBO CHECKUP
Free
Part of our Free Consultation. We will review your QBO account to identify:
- Bank records including rules, previous reconciliations, duplicate transactions, use of Undeposited Funds
- Duplicate, unnecessary, and inaccurate use of accounts in your Chart of Accounts
- Uncategorized income or expenses affecting your Profit & Loss statement
- Negative or incorrect balances affecting your Balance Sheet
- Accounts receivable or payable that are overdue with strategies to improve them
- Correct use of attachment
QBO CLEANUP
Full review and cleanup of existing QuickBooks accounts including:
- Set up and/or clean up of your chart of accounts
- Review and correct categorization of transactions
- Input all Customer and Vendor information
- Clean up duplicate income/expense accounts
- Clean up duplicate customers/vendors
- Review key financial statements such as Profit & Loss Report and Balance Sheets
